Info: Hi. I'm originally from the Western PA area and a diehard Pittsburgh "Stiller" fan. Hope that doesn't drive any of you Brown's fans away. (Sorry, couldn't help myself there)
After spending about 30 years traveling all over Pennsylvania, Ohio and the Southeast, I decided it was time to quit suporting the Hotel/Motel industry. Real Estate was a natural fit for me, and I shortly realized that I wanted to specialize in "Active Adult Communities". I fully embrace the lifestyle and would be working with people in my own age group. I earned my S.R.E.S. (Senior Real Estate Specialist) designation and built a web site promoting the Active Adult Communities in Central Florida. This worked fine, but then I learned (Actually, I learned a whole bunch from you) not everyone wants to come to Central Florida. It's a great area for a lot of reasons, but, there are other great areas in this country. I also learned that not everyone wants to be in an age restricted gated community, or necessarily wants new construction.
Thus, the birth of USActiveAdultCommunities.com. As you have probably figured out by now, I'm also the author of this website. My concept is simple. I sincerely feel that a Realtor can bring considerable value to your process of looking for and finding that new home in that new community, no matter where that may be.
